Aaron B. Aumiller is a practicing attorney. He graduated from Rutgers Law in Camden in 1999 and clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable E. Stevenson Fluharty, J.S.C. and the Honorable Samuel L. Supnick, J.S.C. Upon the completion of his judicial clerkship, he has been engaged in the private practice of law.
Mr. Aumiller is focused almost exclusively on assisting federal workers with their claims for work injuries. As a federal workers’ compensation advocate,
Mr. Aumiller assists clients both nationally and internationally for injuries sustained during federal employment or under federal jurisdiction. Many federal unions refer their members to Aaron for assistance with perfecting claims for injuries with the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs
